Cebu Dancing Inmate’s “This Is It” Video
The dancing inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDR) has done it again!
Michael Jackson’s choreographer, Travis Payne together with 2 dancers (Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid) went to Cebu to personally teach the inmates the steps for the song “They Don’t Care About Us.”
Two years ago, Prison Chief Byron F. Garcia uploaded the video of 1,500 inmates dancing to the tune of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” The video became popular and reached more than 37 million YouTube views.
